Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

    1. Warm-up 5-10mins max.

      • Perform mostly dynamic movements (dynamic stretches, or light cardio)

      • Work muscles or movemement patterns specific to what’s trained that day (warm-up legs for leg-day, etc.)

      • Potentially work on weakpoints (in either muscles, posture, or mobility)

    2. Get started on Working Sets

      • First begin with compound movements

      • Isolation exercises are done later on

    3. Cool-down 5-10mins max.

      • Mobility work, dynamic or static stretching, and/or foam or lacrosse-ball rolling

Note: every person is different, and thus every session is tailored to the individual clients’ needs.

Also, more long-term clients may choose to do the warm-up and/or cool-down on their own.

  • My clientele is wonderfully diverse, ranging from different ages, body types, and goals.

However, my ideal clients are those who are financially committed, prioritize regular and consistent sessions, and are eager to embark on a journey of improvement.

Consistency is key, and those willing to commit to at least 1-2x sessions per week for at least a few months tend to achieve better results, and more value for their money.

To encourage commitment, a discounted monthly subscription for weekly sessions is offered.

  • If you are not a member at Aerofit Healthclub, you can only get my personal training by paying them a fee of 16,99€ per session. This is on top of my initial fee.

For most people, this is not worth it. It is best to be an existing member at Aerofit Healthclub, and then consider getting my personal training services.

    Thu: 07:00-20:00

    Fri: 07:00-12:00

    Sat: 08:30-16:00

    Sun: closed

Note: it is not guaranteed that I will always be available during these hours, but it is almost certainly guaranteed that I won’t be outside of them.

    Morning sessions are usually preferred.

The best thing to do is get in touch with me and we’ll find a time that we can both consistently stick to.

However, I am flexible and always open to hearing what your needs are.

  • So, you’ve decided to give it a go?! Amazing! This is how we will proceed:

We will set a time & date for our first meeting. This is usually done via WhatsApp or Email.

Please feel free to get in touch with me via the contact page.

For our first meeting, we’ll quietly sit down for 5-15mins to discuss your goals, training history, potential injuries, etc. This is my chance to get to know you, so tell me about yourself!!

After that, we will begin with our first training session. Depending on you and your needs, we usually start off lighter, and build our way up from there.

It’s absolutely critical for me to understand your imbalances, weaknesses, and mobility/postural limitations. We will possibly do various tests in order to find out what they are.

However, often the best way to find which limitations you have and which exercises actually work best for you, is by doing at least a few sessions together. This is also a reason why regular sessions are best, because we have a greater opportunity & likelihood to find and work on your imbalances, etc.

Simply put, through your feedback, communication, and trial & error, we can more precisely find exactly what it is that will benefit you most.

  • Even though I have experience giving group lessons, at the moment I am mainly offering single personal training sessions.

However, the limit is 3 people per session. The price stays the same.

I almost never recommend being more than one person

  • Typically no, I only train clients at Aerofit Healthclub (Hofcampweg 270, Wassenaar 2241 KM).

However, given the right circumstances, I might consider training the client at another location.
